Hey Angie. They could not reach the abscess to drain it 🤷🏾‍♀️ so they’re treating it with antibiotics to see if it shrinks. Admitted her to keep an eye on her. Might be there a few more days.

Keep healing prayers and prayers of comfort coming 🙏 for Marshelle.

Heparin will be stopped at 9am for procedure at 1pm–hopefully- radiologist has to find the proper spot to drain the abscess.I’m hanging in there but in a lot of pain.
They stopped lupus drug so joint pain is intense + abdominal pain
Can’t eat or drink but get dilaudid every 3 hours–can’t take much more.

Hi Lil sis, I may be going home today🤗 My cardiac team’s findings are that I have Diastolic heart failure, meaning my left side cannot squeeze effectively and less blood is pumped to the body causing swelling and shortness of breath. This is a chronic, progressive condition. Open heart surgery sometimes makes the heart muscles stiff. So, now the plan is to find the right balance of meds to counteract this, which is what they are starting this morning. If my body responds well (BP stays level and I release enough water), then I can go home today!! Praise God for His faithfulness!!!
