FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS FOR MY GREAT NEPHEW DRASAN CLANTON

Family it is with extreme sadness and total devastation that I inform you of the tragic loss of my #1 heartbeat, my handsome son Drasan Clanton. He was struck by a driver going the wrong direction on I-75 this past Saturday. This is the worst pain I have ever felt! My daughter Kayla Clanton, family and his closest friends are heartbroken. To know him was to know loyalty, love and laughter. I thank the many of you that have called, stopped by and dropped off food/products. We feel your prayers and your kindness is deeply appreciated. Coats for Students of Detroit Leadership Academy

Hello Family!!

Our joint mission is to raise $10,000 to provide winter coats for students of DLA. Detroit Leadership Academy is a nonprofit, charter school. All of the students receive free lunch and most students are bused in. The school’s initiative is to provide quality education, however many of the students are experiencing homelessness, malnutrition, and a lack of basic resources due to inflation and unemployment.

By donating to the Winter Coat Drive, your contribution assures the physical wellbeing of many students across the Detroit Area. It is the mission of both the school and the church to provide quality, affordable resources to students in need.
